Hampton Road Criminal Defense Attorney

From his days in law school, our attorney, Gary W. Searcy, has worked in criminal defense. As a law student he interned in the criminal division of the Attorney Generals office. Later he worked for the Virginia Beach public defender. As the sole practitioner of our office, his practice areas continue to include criminal defense and traffic law. He is also very involved in civic and law-related organizations such as Republican City Committee of Virginia Beach and the Virginia State Bar Criminal Section.
